I don't know, but I think they stated somewhere that they plan on releasing SC2 Worldwide at the same time, so hopefully you won't have to wait a year after North America has it...

lol, StarCraftism.. lol and instead of churches they have Large Buildings with computers inside for SC, and families can SCize their babies lol,
